OUR DEPOSIT POLICY
We take deposits on a litter in the amount of $200 which will be applied towards the puppy
price. WE don't accept deposits until the litter is born but we put you on our 'list'. After Birth you
are then notified in the order of the list within the first week with the litter information, number of
males and females. Your deposit is required at that time to maintain your selection position on
the list. Deposits are to secure your selection choice and order on our list of interested owners
for a litter that have pre-applied.
The first person and deposit will get the first choice of puppies in the litter.
The second person and deposit will get the second choice in the litter, etc.
We wait until after the litter is born before accepting deposits. We aren't holding your money for a
male puppy when there isn't one or a female.
The selection of choice is based upon the 'list' of interested buyers on a litter first, then the
deposit to confirm their position on the list. If a deposit is not received after notification of litter
information; then that position is eliminated and the next person moves up on the list.
The process is:
After notification the options 1 and 2 below are confirmed in the second week when deposits are
made. Option 3 below has to be decided by the 5-6th week of age of the puppies or sooner if
possible to reserve a Particular puppy. All depositors must complete this process by the 6th week.

to provide in our breeding program and our puppies.
Not to be resold or put up for adoption, nor chained in a yard but given
a loving environment with a family or a working environment for
Public Services..
Our dogs are a big commitment to us and to assure that a prospective owner has the opportunity
to research other breeders and breeds so the dog they buy is exactly the right dog for them we
have included some links on our LINKS page. Please research your purchase choices, Breed of
Dog and help eliminate dogs that may be put up for adoption or rescue later for a poor choice of
breed or untimely purchase of a puppy. Price should not be a consideration even though we
know it is often a deciding factor. If it is a 'pet' that you are looking for and price is a factor, we
suggest contacting a local rescue shelter near your location. To save money and provide a good
home for someone's pet that was left behind. Invest the savings into training your new pet to be a
social, well mannered pet with humans and other pets in the home. We prefer not to sell our
puppies to a Breeder nor to Professional Dog Sport Competitors. Our preference is for home and
families that enjoy activities with their dogs but as a hobby for family fun with their pet. The other
preference we have is for our dogs to be used as a working dog with government agencies and
public service departments. Responsible people that will take care of our dogs and enjoy the
pleasures they provide to their owners. Have your new pet Checked by a vet of your choice to
make sure it is a healthy pet as soon as possible always. Puppies can be checked by a Vet and
be a healthy dog however since they will chew on anything and get into everything then regular
check ups are advised for puppies and young dogs.

| LUHRS has been nominated for ace award for public service dogs in 2005. He has been in Ray Allen K9 magazine and was a service dog on the street for a little over one year. He is great with kids, a fast learner, high play drive and prey drive. Very sociable but he can rock n roll when it is time to get down to business. |
